Swin-UNet 3D Paper

Hello guys,

I'm just passing by to understand if anyone has given a look into the recent Swin-UNet 3D paper by [Wei Yang](https://bmcmedinformdecismak.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12911-023-02129-z#auth-Wei-Yang). I have been trying to implement it on a Semi-Supervised setting by using the "Cross-Teaching between CNN and Transformer" architecture proposed by Guotai Wang, with a UNet 3D and a Swin-UNet 3D, but apparently, the Swni-UNet 3D is not training but if I change it by another architecture it does train.

Any comments?
