Switching from Business Analyst to Data Analyst

Just wanted your opinion about this switch.
I am currently working as a BA that uses Tableau, Snowflake and Excel at a high level with a good WLB working from home 4 days a week, my work schedule is from 7:30 AM till 3:30PM so I have a lot of free time.
Recently I got offered a Data Analyst position where we are going to analyse ML models and I will probably help Data Scients to build models …
