Hello. I am working as a data analyst in the healthcare industry and I want to switch more into finance or marketing field. How do I make this change? All the job roles are asking for 2-3 years of experience and I feel so dejected after so many rejects. Recruiters aren't getting back to me either. I feel like I am not going anywhere. Thank you so much in advance.
