Abstract: Event cameras, or Dynamic Vision Sensors (DVS) are novel neuromorphic sensors that capture brightness changes as a continuous stream of ``events'' rather than traditional intensity frames. Converting sparse events to dense intensity frames faithfully has long been an ill-posed problem.
