Data Science www.reddit.com

I've applied to two positions recently where this happened. I basically had *everything* they were looking for in terms of qualifications, yet still got rejected. My résumé had the keywords, and my experience was directly related to the position.

And then other times I get calls back for positions where I'm much less qualified.

The job market is so strange. I feel like it's mostly a problem of résumé's not getting viewed by actual humans.
