The worst part of having a DS job is to work under a manager without technical background!

I’m really sick and tired of working under a manager who doesn’t really know a piece of crap about data science.

He doesn’t even know how to explain probability distribution in layman’s term. He would draw a freaking weird chart using pen and paper, then he would ask me to build a highly interpretable model and give him the exactly ideal charts in his mind.
