Tips for writing a research paper

Hi everyone,

Currently a math bachelor student, i am doing an internship in natural language processing.
I realise i am a quite newbie in this field, but using some mathematical theorems i came to concieve a theoratical semi-supervised nlp model for classification and i was wondering whether or not i should write a paper about it since it gave fairly good results.
My first question is how can i decide whether or not it's relevant to write a research paper …
