Tips/Suggestions to Analyze Time Series Count Data

Never really handled this sort of data before and would love some help. I got daily covid numbers separated by zip codes for just over a years worth of time. As well as demographic data within each zip code i.e. racial composition, number of unemployed individuals, number of individuals below the poverty life, etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
