Traditional computer vision book or materials

Hello! I would like to start self study computer vision. I am interested in mathematics and applications. I am not necessarily interested in the latest state of art CNN solutions. I dont want a textbook that will tell me to run this and this model in tesorflow or other framework. I am looking for more traditional approach something that would be more fitted for uni course.
