Training loss graph interpretation

I’m in a into deep learning course and creating my own model to train and test. I made a ResNet18 style network and training it on landmarks. With Adam optimizer, and a learning rate of 0.001 I’m getting this graph of my losses over 10 epochs (not sure why the graph says 200). How should I modify my network or parameters from here?
