Training the model to learn any task

Hi.

I want to build an action recognition app that the user can teach it to learn and recognize a specific action and it could be any action.

What is the field of computer vision that, instead of detecting a pre-defined/trained set of actions, actually learns the action from a demonstration and recognizes it in any future occurrence?
