Tutorials on implementing SORT for object tracking

I am trying to implement SORT (SIMPLE ONLINE AND REALTIME TRACKING), I cannot use the official repo because it is GPL-3 which propagates open-source (and unfortunately I cannot open-source this project). I have been searching online for a while, but almost all videos/tutorials I can find simply use the official repo without discussing how to implement it. Is there some video/tutorial/blog etc. I can follow to implement my own SORT?
