[UNPOPULAR OPINION] I can’t do LEET code questions in person, and I don’t think it should be demanded on interviews.

Been working for 10 years , senior engineer to lead engineer. I fail all interviews where I have to do coding challenges on the spot.

1. I don’t think the questions asked are of relevance to the job.

2. My best code is developed using my skill of, google-fu and stackoverflow-karate
