Using ChatGPT to Write My PhD Apps

Computer science / ML PhD apps are boring, so let's use ChatGPT to write one for us! It works kinda well I guess. Not perfect, but pretty impressive I'd say! I got some better results with ChatGPT in the past, so it looks like the quality of the outputs can have a bit of a range.
