Warning to would be master’s graduates in “data science”

I teach data science at a UK university (going anonymous for obvious reasons). I won't mention the institution name or location, though I think this is something typical across all non-Russell Group universities. Basically, master's courses in data science, especially those of 1 year and marketed to international students, are a scam.
