what are the ways that I can do recognition of hand gestures in python

Hi all,

I am new to python, can you pls tell me what are the most popular libraries in python for recognition of hand gestures and which support various types of gestures, any suggestions for the most supported libraries which are open source

like I know some useful Python libraries for such projects would be OpenCV to process the images and TensorFlow to build a Neural Network model & NumPy.
