What do you think of this Data Science job requirements? Is it too advanced or is this the norm?

I'm interested in this company actually and wanted to apply. I have the number of years as mentioned. But not all of those technical skills mentioned.

Are data scientists with a minimum 3 years experience expected to know all those technical skills mentioned? If so, I feel like I should brush up on mine.

What do you guys think of the above job description/requirements? Other than Python, what do you think the most important thing to know here?
