What framework would you recommend to build a Tetris game AI using reinforcement learning?

Dear,
I'm looking forward to building a sort of Tetris game AI.
To start with, with just one shape, then I will complexify.
For example, I need to pile up L-shaped parts in such a way that they maximize the density.
The difference with the classical Tetris game is that the parts are not constrained in their orientation. It can be any angle from 0° to 360°.
I don't really know what framework I can use.
