What is best format for data source for a RAG vector database? JSON, XML, CSV, or Other?

Any recommendations on approach for what format to collect data in before creating a RAG vector database? I'm going to be organizing a bunch of product data and blog posts from our company website for a RAG based "shopping assistant" chatbot, and I have the ability to request the web dev team to organize the data for me into a particular format, rather than having to web scrape the data myself.
