What's next after learning coding with ChatGPT? How do you manage complex projects?

I turned myself into a reasonable Python programmer by using ChatGPT every day last year.
But I'm reaching a stage where ChatGPT is no longer helpful. I mean, ChatGPT still gives me a great start but managing complex projects is just not good enough.
