What's the 'sweet spot' in progress of my Master's to change jobs?

I'm 27f, and just started my Master's in Data Science. My undergrad was Marketing and my minor was in business data analytics.

I'm currently a Business Analyst, working mainly with CRM tools, Excel, macros, and SQL.
