Where are all the intermediate tutorials?

Ich been trying to break into DL for CV tasks for the past 1/2 year now. After solving a few baby tutorials using toy datasets (cats & dogs, MNIST) the recommendations I got were to read up on cutting edge research with lots of advanced mathematical formalism, or try and make sense of the wildly chaotic code bases on hugging face.. isn’t there a smoother transition available for people like me, without a CS or Maths background and years of …
