Where to pay and get consulting in CV?

Does anyone know of a place I could pay an expert for some CV consulting? I'd like 1-2hrs to talk through what I'm trying to do an the possible options / approaches.

I basically have a use case to track in 3D [x,yz] every 2-3 seconds a small ball moving at up to 90mph. Processing doesn't need to be real time but should be 1-2 seconds after, and we can use a physical trigger to start capturing frame …
