Where would you recommend for learning AI, not a full education

CS major graduate, trying to have a type of continued education in AI. Not looking to go back to school as much as I'm trying to find some really meaningful classes or certificate based courses that I could participate in.

I'm in a full time position so a place that is able to be a learn at my own pace would be great.
