Where/how can I learn machine learning engineer deployment experiences on my own?

Senior DS aiming to break into MLE role. It seems what I am lacking is what they call deployment of ML pipelines in production. Can someone list the actual technologies and skillsets that are tailored to MLE roles that I can build the experience on my own?
