Which ETL tools are on demand ?

I use pentaho data integration as an ETL tool at work, but I want to know if there’s a more powerful or better tool that’s highly used.

If yes, should I use another or I’m just fine with pentaho ?

Note: I mostly use it for loading databases or transforming files and then output a dataset as csv depending on requirement.
