Why are high-end Apple Silicon CPUs hardly better than low-end CPUs with Core ML inference ? [Discussion]

According to Geekbench, the Core ML inference benchmarks for the all Apple Silicon CPUs: Basic, Pro, Max, Ultra are all surprisingly similar.
