why are we not seeing more AI for boring, repetitive or technical work with lack of supply?

Dall E 2 and it's image generation competitors like midjourney and stable diffusion really opened my eyes and made me feel like ai is coming faster then expected.
Maybe it's because I am more interested in the creative field but I havent heard much about ai in other fields...
