Why did you choose this field?

I’m trying to think about what kind of role I want to do long term and am considering DS. My background is in business but am having sort of an existential period of wanting to do something different.

So, I wanted to ask this community, why Data Science? What do you enjoy about your work? What do you dislike? If you could consider another role, would you? Why? Thanks!
