I'm freshly graduated in Data Science with 2 years of internship in recommandations engine and finance and since 4 months i've been looking for my first job. Right now i'm just exhausted to hear that my profile doesn't match basic offers like building dashboards and training models. And i'm wondering how the recruiters can tell if I fit or not without even understanding what ML is and just by looking at my resume. Do you have any ideas ??
