I hate my MS Statistics program. It's overly theoretical, academic, and largely irrelevant for real-world data science work. Yes, I should've chosen a different program--I messed up. Regardless, I'm now strongly considering leaving the program because I'm so miserable in it. I have a few years of experience, which is good, but still I worry that dropping out could destroy my career prospects within the field. What do y'all think?
