Would it be possible in the future for AI technology to advance to a point (unless it already has) in which ancient languages will be easily translated?

Title. Saw a post on AI and right below it a post on the voynich manuscript and it got me thinking. Obviously the voynich manuscript isn’t the best example, but could dead languages be decoded/ancient mysteries through inputs to AI?
