z-normalization between two different features performed right?

Hello, I am trying to correctly applying z-normalization between two features.

They both have the same shape (F,T) but their range of values is, respectively, \[0,360\] and \[0,-1000\]. First one tracks the angles, second is some sort of spectrogram.
