How did you prepare for interviews when going from Junior to mid level role?

Hi! I am a Jr. Data Scientist at a F50 company with 4 YOE. Majority of my experience is in post deployed model maintenance and monitoring. I want to start preparing for interviews but feeling kinda lost as to where to start. Should I jump to leetcode or brush up my statistics? It’s kinda daunting since there’s so many different types of DS roles and all of them might involve different type/level of preparation.
