How do you prepare for performance reviews?

Currently I have a one note where I track different pieces of company desired goals/targets through the year.
Some of the things they care about :
1) certs / continuing education
2) speaking events
3) individual contributions (projects etc)
How are some of the ways you track your progress?
And if you don’t…why? Any way you can resell yourself every review is great ammunition imo.
