How do you progress technically?

I’m a new grad DA on a team of Data Scientist (now being called decision scientist). I use mainly SQL and Tableau to run business processes and automate reports. I do throw in some python but mainly for the purposes of automating my job (run code at this time, check these errors, etc). My job is awesome but I’m worried about stagnating technically since I’m basically an in-house consultant for business teams.
