Just got into a data science masters! When should I be looking for jobs/internships and where? And any advice for a masters student new to DS?

I’ve heard recruiting can start early and as this is a 1 year program I’m wondering when I should start looking. For context I have never worked in data science and this masters will be teaching me everything from scratch.
Any other general advice for a masters? Thanks so much!
