Public Bloom Instance?

I was looking into self-hosting Bloom as an alternative to GPT. Besides concerns about the context window being too small and the overall quality, I do really like it from a privacy and availability perspective.


But a production machine running it would cost about 280K per year. I am contemplating setting this up as a shared resource and making it publicly available as an alternative to GPT. Would anyone be interested in that?
