PyPOTS is a Python toolbox/library for data mining and machine learning on partially-observed time series (POTS), namely, incomplete time series with missing values, A.K.A. irregularly-sampled time series, supporting tasks of imputation, classification, clustering, and forecasting on POTS datasets.
