What's your opinion about MBA for someone who have Master's in technical field like DS. Or in general why people go for MBA?

I suppose they want to start a business and before this get some knowledge? MBA from what I have seen is very pricey, in my country it's like 5x\~ times more expensive than Master's in DS, due to their popularity, are they worth it? Why just don't go and start business(even with low budget) and learn real-life practical experience? I think maybe because of connections or what
