With now so many different types of data scientist roles, how do you go about preparing for interviews?

Hey everyone! I am a bit lost as I think about starting preparing for interviews again. I am a junior data scientist at a F50 company who uses Python and SQL to automate monitoring of production models. Nothing fancy just building pipelines to ingest data, calculate metrics and output as pdfs or excel files.
