Worth delaying graduation to get a minor in statistics?

I'm about to graduate this semester. I can't say my major because it's university specific, but I'm "specializing" in data science. However, my major is known for being a watered-down version of computer science with barely any math and easier courses. I don't have any internship experience or a job lined up yet.
