A small overview how CV is used in cashierless stores

Recently, cashierless store are becoming more and more popular. But there is no “universal” cashierless store technology. This name hides several different approaches.
I made a small overview of current cashierless stores and technology inside them.
I myself was involved in the development of several similar projects. And I made a overview that IMHO would be very useful to me before I started them.
