Advice on Filling Data Scientist Positions

Long story short, we are struggling to find and hire data scientists in the current market. We currently have 2 senior and 3 mid level positions open. Most resumes we receive are formulaic and lack actual experience.
Just looking for advice from this community on better ways to find qualified candidates.
