Climate Change Data Science companies

I have a MS in Mechanical Engineering and currently work as a Data Scientist in big tech. I’d like to bring the two fields together and work on something like climate modeling or renewable energy. Something like predicting natural disaster risk (e.g. wildfires, heat waves) could be pretty cool.
