[D] Summary of Senate hearing on AI regulation

For anyone interested in AI and the quickly evolving conversation around regulation I highly recommend watching the Senate hearing with Sam Altman (OpenAI), Prof [Gary Marcus](https://www.linkedin.com/feed/#) and Christine Montgomery (IBM).
