DS Behavioral Interviews- how do you practice/prepare?

Recently had a very weird Behavioral Interview for a DS IC position. It involved a potential team member and then several adjacent team members who asked 11 questions (without follow-ups) in 30 minutes. It was really jarring and kind of made me re-think my non-technical interview strategy of practicing several STAR topics and trying to engage in a conversation (STAR being Situation, Task, Action, Result).
