extract occluded and discontinuity colorful boundaries from the image

Hello everyone,

I have tried many ways to extract these colorful lines as boundaries. but it was unsuccessful. the problem is that these colorful lines are discontinuous and some of them are occulted on others, therefore, the extraction process becomes hard and inaccuracy, furthermore as you know this process for medical images is critical.
