For first timers setting up a NVIDIA GPU for training models with TensorFlow

This was me a day ago. I wish it was put simply so hopefully this will save someone a lot of time. The NVIDIA docs are a mission to trawl through!

There's 3 separate things from NVIDIA you need to install for training on your GPU:
- NVIDIA GPU drivers
- CUDA Toolkit
- cuDNN (cuda for deep neural networks)
