How do I drastically improve my DS+ML coding skill? Following the pros gives me inferiority complex!

So, I've been in DS/ML for almost 2 years. For the last 1 year, I'm working in a project where I barely receive any feedback. My code quality and standards have remained the same as it was when I started.
